Description

Trefaldwyn is a 1977 boat built by Willoughby Fabrications.

The vessel requires some hull work which can be seen in the video tour on this advert.  Which we have been informed are sacrificial chines, pit welding.

She has a 3 cylinder yanmar 30 horsepower engine which starts on the key and is raw water cooled.

Domestic hot water is supplied via a morco D61B instant LPG hot water heater.

Electrical systems are both 230v and 12v with a 1,600w inverter, battery charger, 12v fridge and the usual 12v water pump, bilge pump, horn, lights etc.

To the rear cabin there is a 2 single bunks as well as a day bench / small bed for a small child. The middle cabin features a double click clack sofa bed as well as a vanity wash hand basin.

At the bow the fore most cabin has a galley (kitchen) with Thetford oven and grill, 4 ring hob, stainless steel sink and drainer and an L shape dinnette which converts into an additional double bed.

There is a shower room between the cabin and galley with a thermostatic mixer bar as well as a pump out toilet with wash hand basin between the rear and middle cabin.

The external paintwork to the cabin sides and roof are in good condition, requiring a few small touch ups but nothing major. For the age of the boat the paintwork is in very good condition.

Internally some renovations to the internal decorations will be in order, the roof lining in the front galley / saloon area will need to be replaced potentially and a spot of redecorating will really lift the interior space.

For the money however the boat represents a potentially good purchase for a prospective buyer willing to put in a little time and effort.
